Terms & Conditions for rabaje

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rabaje website accessible at rabaje.com and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications operated under the rabaje brand. By accessing or using any part of the rabaje platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the rabaje operating entity and you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

rabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the rabaje website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall take precedence and be the definitive version for all legal and interpretive purposes.

rabaje operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related promotional services. All services are provided to users on a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable basis. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by your use of the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the contractual relationship between you and rabaje. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall govern unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

The rabaje platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. 18+ By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction you may reside in or be visiting from.

rabaje employs age verification procedures that may be triggered at the point of registration, at the point of a first deposit or first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle at rabaje's discretion. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Documents must clearly show your full legal name and date of birth.

If rabaje has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account is being used by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18, rabaje may immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds pending investigation, and refuse to process any withdrawal until the matter is fully resolved. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all gameplay will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source without interest.

Parents and guardians are reminded that parental control software is available to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. rabaje strongly encourages any adult who shares a device with a minor to make use of such tools. rabaje accepts no liability for the consequences of a minor gaining access to the platform via a registered adult's account or device.

To access the full range of rabaje products and services, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times by notifying rabaje of any changes through the account settings or support channels.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with rabaje. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, rabaje reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses obtained via the duplicated accounts, and withhold any associated winnings.

You must not register an account on behalf of another person, allow another person to use your account, or transfer your account to a third party. Account sharing is prohibited. Any winnings generated through an account that is found to have been accessed by or shared with another individual may be voided at rabaje's discretion.

rabaje reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Reasons that may — without limitation — lead to registration being declined or a registered account being closed include: providing false or misleading registration information; being a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited; previous history of fraudulent activity or account abuse across any gaming platform; and failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.

Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. Before a first withdrawal is approved, all players must complete the rabaje KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). These individual promotion terms specify the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 25x or 30x), the eligible games or markets that count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement, any game contribution weightings, the minimum qualifying deposit, the bonus expiry window, and any maximum withdrawal limit that applies to winnings generated from bonus funds.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain when the bonus expires will be forfeited without refund. Real-money funds in your account are used before bonus funds in all cases, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes — without limitation — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, using automated tools to place bonus wagers, betting on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbing"), and any other strategy that rabaje reasonably determines to be exploitative. Bonuses obtained or used in an abusive manner will be voided, associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

rabaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion that a player has already legitimately commenced participating in will be honoured on its original terms. rabaje also reserves the right to exclude specific players from specific promotions without providing a reason.

By using the rabaje platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and in your country of residence. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by any law, regulation, or contractual obligation from accessing online gambling services.

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent account-related process.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming in compliance with these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security measure forming part of the rabaje platform.
• Use automated bots, scripts, macros, data-harvesting tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market offered on the platform.
• Exploit errors, glitches, or miscalculations in game outcomes, odds displays, or bonus calculations. Any winnings obtained via a manifest error will be voided.
• Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Transfer funds between player accounts.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward any rabaje employee, support agent, or fellow player.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the rabaje platform, server infrastructure, or other user's account.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. rabaje reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against individuals who engage in fraudulent or criminal conduct on the platform.

Voluntary closure by the player. You may request the closure of your rabaje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests will be completed, all active bonus balances will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of receiving a confirmed request.

Self-exclusion. If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please use the self-exclusion function available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard rather than a standard closure request. Self-exclusion periods range from six months to permanent and carry additional safeguards, including restrictions on rabaje marketing communications. Closure by rabaje. rabaje reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. rabaje will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying a dormancy policy to the account balance.

Where an account is closed by rabaje due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not used in a bonus context will be returned to the verified payment method, subject to any legal holds or compliance reviews.

The rabaje platform and all content, games, odds, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rabaje makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and game integrity, rabaje makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rabaje shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, server errors, network disruption, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from a third party gaining unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, statistics, or informational content displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from a manifest error in the posting of odds or game outcomes, where such errors have been identified and corrected in accordance with rabaje's manifest error policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rabaje's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by rabaje's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. rabaje is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform, provided those losses arose from the normal operation of certified and fairly functioning games or markets. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings in your country of residence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the rabaje operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
