Tools That Protect You

rabaje provides every registered player with a full suite of responsible gaming controls, all available directly from your account dashboard at no cost. These tools are designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity at all times.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your rabaje account. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before activation, ensuring impulsive decisions cannot override your long-term intentions.

Session Time Limits

Define the maximum amount of time you wish to spend on the platform in any single session or across a given day. When your session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and shown a summary of your activity before you can log back in.

Time-Out Feature

Need a short break? The Time-Out feature temporarily suspends access to your account for a period of your choice — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out your account is locked and you cannot deposit, place bets, or access any games on the platform.

Self-Exclusion

For players who feel they need a longer or permanent break, self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent lifetime exclusion. During exclusion, we will also suppress all marketing communications to your contact details.

Loss Limits

Protect your bankroll by setting a hard ceiling on how much you are willing to lose within a defined timeframe. Once the loss limit is hit, the platform will prevent further betting activity for that period, giving you time to reflect before the next window opens.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and a summary of your net gaming balance for the session. Reality checks are available at intervals of 15, 30, or 60 minutes and serve as a factual prompt to reassess your session.

4 Warning Signs

Chasing losses — continuing to gamble or increasing bet sizes in an attempt to recover money that has already been lost.

Gambling with essential funds — using money earmarked for rent, food, bills, or family expenses to fund gambling activity.

Preoccupation with gambling — thinking about gambling constantly, planning the next session, or being unable to focus on daily responsibilities.

Hiding gambling activity — concealing the amount of time or money spent gambling from family members or close friends.

Inability to stop — repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut back on gambling or to stop entirely despite a genuine desire to do so.

Emotional distress — feeling anxious, irritable, depressed, or restless when not gambling, or using gambling as a way to escape stress or difficult emotions.

Borrowing to gamble — taking loans, borrowing from friends or family, or selling personal belongings to finance gambling sessions.

Neglecting responsibilities — missing work, study, or family obligations due to gambling, or consistently staying up very late to gamble online.

5 Self-Assessment

1

Have you ever spent more money on gambling than you originally intended for that session?

2

Have you ever felt the need to bet increasing amounts of money in order to feel the same level of excitement?

3

Have you tried to stop or cut back on gambling but found it difficult or impossible to follow through?

4

Do you find yourself thinking about gambling when you are doing other things — at work, at home, or with family?

5

Have you ever gambled as a way to deal with stress, anxiety, boredom, loneliness, or feelings of sadness?

6

Have you hidden your gambling activity or the amounts you have spent from someone close to you?

7

Have you ever borrowed money, sold possessions, or used savings intended for other purposes in order to gamble?

8

Has gambling ever caused conflict in your relationships with family, friends, or colleagues?

You Are Not Alone: Problem gambling affects people from all walks of life, and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
